Cameron’s purpose is to inspire positive personal and organisational change by engaging leaders to take their performance and impact to the next level. A world-class facilitator and talent development trainer, he is passionate about the art and science of leadership. He draws on a rich breadth of experience and cultural context from working with leadership teams globally at organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Founder of The Sparring Partners Consultancy, Cameron blends a compelling presence, neuroscience, practical frameworks, and personal storytelling from adventuring to the ends of the earth to deliver immersive, memorable development experiences. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Macquarie University and an accreditation in Neurolinguistic Programming from the Australian College of Traditional Medicine. Outside the workplace, Cameron enjoys environmental and Women in Leadership pro bono work, as well as spending as much time as possible indulging his passion for the outdoors.
